This is informative as heck. Show this to everyone!
This is actually some great info! Why can’t they teach this kind of thing in school??
Wow, I’ve taken health and sex ed three times during my educational process and never learned any of this. Thanks.
Definitely some important information here!
this is supa awesome. i do think it should be noted that side effects of EC *really* vary. when I took EC I didn’t have any symptoms whatsoever.
Tagged: Important info!! As others mentioned, this is something practically ignored in high school sex ed classes and an option that girls, and guys, need to know exists. It is NOT an “abortion drug” as many claim it to be and is a safe, viable option if something ‘goes wrong’. Definitely do some research into the different brands and see what you think, and read ALL of the information on/in the box for whatever brand you decide on. Be prepared for various side effects as some have said - it varies greatly for everyone. Personally, the effects on the box never really happened for me, but I had a lot of cramping (compared to rarely cramping) on the following period. So it will be different for everyone. Keep track of your symptoms between taking the pill and your next period, it’ll help you know what’s going on as a result of the pill so you can be a bit better prepared if you ever have to take it again.
Knowledge is power, ladies! :)
